What does Xerox Global Services do?
We provide consulting services that help companies get better business results through process innovation. More specifically, we simplify and streamline document intensive business processes such as customer communications, billing, training, and record management.

We start by listening to you about the way your processes work and understanding the business documents, which may be swamping your company. Then, we can uncover opportunities that would otherwise stay hidden. For instance, saving significant amounts of money, making your customers happier and harnessing ideas which might otherwise go undeveloped.
Once we have a plan, we can implement and manage it for you, too.
