Selecting a Service

The Xerox Job Ticket application collects a variety of details for each job request and displays services that have been enabled during configuration.
  • Job requirements are quickly specified, including core services (printing, finishing, etc.) and details not directly related to services (contact information, due date, etc.).
  • When a desired service, such as Design Services, Image Scanning, and Printing/Copying, is requested, the application takes the user through workflows designed to streamline and expedite the job submission process.


The job request screens clearly display the printing and finishing options available to users and allow them to review and change their order before it is submitted.

Job Submission

Job submission, tracking and record-keeping is easy, accurate and convenient with the Xerox Job Ticket application.
  • After all required job details have been entered, the user is presented with a screen summarizing the web to print request. The user confirms that the job details are accurate and complete, makes modifications, prints the review screen, or requests cancellation of the job.
  • Once a job is submitted, the user is presented with a printable confirmation screen for quick record-keeping reference.


The job request summary screen increases user accuracy with the ability to confirm, change, or cancel the job after the request has been entered.



The order confirmation screen is printable for record-keeping purposes.

Job Processing and Fulfillment

All aspects of job processing are managed in one place, which makes for a more efficient and accurate print job fulfillment process. This includes the verification of incoming jobs to ensure they are processed per the user specifications and are within the scope of the services contracted for your account.

Detailed Metric and Activity Tracking
A detailed, yet user-friendly "Orders" screen enables you to view a list of all web to print orders you have placed with Xerox Job Ticket, both past and present.
  • Individual orders can be selected, allowing you to see a summary of that order for quick and easy reference.
  • Order views can also be displayed, highlighting all orders, current orders, or previous orders.
  • Options to place a new order or reuse an existing order are provided for further ease of use and are a significant time saver when submitting repeat orders.
