- use Xerox's web-based DocuShare® document management solution to immediately address the challenge of document availability, storage, and access
- provide professional account associates from Xerox Global Services to support Honeywell Printing and Services Centers.

The Xerox solution produced a number of significant benefits for Honeywell:
- transformed Honeywell's business operation by making documents readily available via the DocuShare "window of visibility"
- provided more than 30,000 documents visible through DocuShare; from engineering drawings to literature
- reduced document storage space requirements by 70% and order fulfillment time by 80%
- reduced operating costs by roughly 25%.
