Brewin Dolphin is the United Kingdom's largest independent private client stockbroker. The firm provides personal management portfolios and financial advice to more than 100,000 clients – managing more than £15 billion in funds and shares for those clients. Prompted by regulatory and statutory changes, Brewin Dolphin chose to improve service to their clients with enhanced, up-to-date data.
Brewin Dolphin's challenges included the need to:
- consolidate documents from a number of acquisitions
- clean and collate all client information and details, and turn the information into a business asset
- achieve compliance with regulatory and statutory changes within six months.

The Xerox team worked with Brewin Dolphin on the "Re-Papering" project to:
- design, produce and distribute 100,000 questionnaire-mailers to its clients
- process the completed questionnaires and capture relevant data digitally for a central "know-your-client" database.
