  • When a survey is completed, participants are presented with a confirmation page that summarizes all of their responses prior to prompting the user to submit them.
  • A customizable "Thank You" message allows the survey author to publish a message that will be displayed to users once they have completed the survey.
  • Complete information about survey responses – in the form of bar-charts, graphs, and percentage calculations – is available on the Administration Interface, or raw survey data can be exported to Excel® for further analysis.

Surveys provide a powerful tool to obtain valuable end user feedback. Results are compiled automatically so you don't have to.

Easy-to-use Customer Interface
Xerox Service Portal customer interface is easy to learn and use for users of any technical skill level. This is important since users access many different services via the portal.
  • The Services Portal can be organized by administrators into content and service areas that are clearly defined and graphically represented. The look and feel of each business portal page enables users to easily and quickly scan the content to find what they need.
  • The main portal page is easy to navigate and can be a dynamic source of information where administrators can post updates on a daily basis.
  • Administrators can lock the layout of the portal or allow users to customize the layout and appearance of content to make it more personal and relevant. If one portal page gets too crowded, users can simply add another page or use different pages to organize different types of content.

Maintain the Brand Image
Any corporate look and feel can be incorporated into the Xerox Services Portal customer interface through headers and footers, background color, fonts, borders, and the use of cascading style sheets. Xerox Services Portal contains a variety of built-in themes, and administrators can also upload custom themes that can be easily applied to the services portal.
