Smarter Machines for Smarter Business
|
Printers, copiers and other multifunction devices require a certain amount of
administration. And in the case of its high-end digital presses, customers need to
ensure they to get the most productivity out of their specialized equipment. Successful
Device Relationship Management (DRM) results in more uptime through more effective fixes and proactively spots maintenance
issues before they become a business impediment. DRM simplifies administration through
increased device availability, seamless billing and supplies ordering, and a new level of
device information and control for the customer. This translates directly to:
- Improved productivity
- Timely and accurate communication/data exchange
- Simplified business processes
- Decreased overhead
- Streamlined operation
Both large and small customers will benefit from these more advanced remote services.
Predictive capabilities will allow increased uptime by scheduling needed machine service
at the user's convenience. Integrated self-help tools and hotline support will allow users
to recover quickly from errors that may otherwise become time-consuming. Finally, automated
software downloads will enable the deployment of software upgrades at a time that's
convenient to the user.
